I have been teaching voice and piano for almost twenty years. Currently I teach piano, voice, music history and music theory at Houston Community College. The great thing about HCC is their professional Music Industry program. Here, students learn how to be producers, how to mix and record... the business of music - everything I never learned at the universities I attended! It's a whole new and fascinating world for me and I love it. HCC also has a stong jazz component, thanks to Chair, Dr Aubrey Tucker, a famous jazz trombonist.
